one of the places i went was new york new york with sharon san and zhe san... and i tell you, if you're going to ask me to go there again..save your breath k. gave it a 2nd chance and the food there still sucks. we ordered 3 main courses and they taste equally bad. to me. and to zhe. and sharon san being an indifferent eater, we can't take her comments into consideration.
::: this is the fish and chips i ordered. the fish looks charred and tastes super fishy. the batter is so peppery...feels like eating bak kut teh. imagine fishy bak kut teh. gross.:::
::: zhe ordered the breakfast set..looks good right. looks can be deceiving lor..the pancake taste worse than mr bean. rubbery and overly fluffy and thick. sausage tasteless :::
::: sharon san's ribs.. ribs are too huge and the meat is not tender.. cartel's way better. :::
next bday meal was yesterday when i met up with becca, zhen and kirby. zhen had craving for korean food so we went to the ginseng korean crystal jade at taka.. food there wasn't so bad.. but wasn't fantastic also. maybe i'm not so into korean food la. heh. but better than new york new york!!
