spent the last weekend witnessing the commissioning of the stairs near sharon san's home. met up with zhe san and she looks good. had dinner at chomp chomp..super long never go there lor. babu and gang joined us too. heh
met jy, wx and sharon san on sunday to recce travel agents for our great trip to egypt in oct. was told by many agents that it'll be super hot then and not advisable to go egypt. hence....hence... we changed our destination...to South Africa! the price also whoopingly increased by 1k.. ahhhh... bread and maggie mee, i'm coming!! plus fingers crossed for a big fat bonus this year. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
anyway, just close my eyes and go la. been wanting to go SA.. the wildlife and scenery...drool. though i'll be travelling more in comfort as compared to the rugged traveller, i suppose i'll still be happily immersed in the wonders of nature.
caught 赤壁 after that. MUST WATCH SHOW OF THE YEAR! it's so subtly funny and yet such a smart china historical epic. never a fan of historical movies...only for this show!
look out for the dialogue...super cold but super funny. i like it!

you are going to south afria? how long? how much? god, i love that country, it was one of my best best bestest trip... beautiful, got city, got nature.... must take many pictures of the animals, i love them
