just saw my disciplined gym sessions for the past week went down the drain yesterday. had suki sushi buffet with evil shit.. purposely didn't gorge myself in preparation for the korean buffet for dinner. so.. here's the pigging out post with ex OC-ians. yep.. Happy Belated Birthzday buddy ng..!!
